As you approach Glacier de la Tour, you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere that hints at the delicious ice cream creations waiting inside. The café's owners, a warm and friendly young couple, are known for their excellent customer service, often serving guests with charming smiles that enhance the experience. The ambiance effectively complements the vibrant flavors of the menu, featuring an extensive variety of ice cream options that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.

One of the standout offerings here includes flavors like mint chocolate and black licorice, each crafted to perfection. The fruit sorbets, which include exotic varieties like mango and lychee, provide a refreshing alternative for those looking to cool down during the warmer months. Many customers have raved about the generous portion sizes, a detail that truly elevates the experience at Glacier de la Tour. As one satisfied patron noted, the team is “very welcoming and generous with ice cream portions,” ensuring that every scoop is a delight.

However, like any beloved establishment, Glacier de la Tour is not without minor critiques. Nonetheless, the overwhelmingly positive experiences shared by patrons like Lydie Bosse and Florian Pouzet indicate that the ice cream’s deliciousness and the café's delightful atmosphere far outweigh these small inconsistencies.

Take a moment to indulge in their delightful offerings—it’s a taste of summer that you can carry with you, long after the last scoop is gone.

Great artisan ice-cream and drinks bar with a large selection available at the top of the hill (accessible only by foot). There are two seats available although this isn’t a place you’d sit down to have your beverage. Affordable prices and a plus is that they accept card payments which may be a basic requirement of any business, however, a lot of businesses do not have card machines here. Overall, a great place. If your looking for a cooling beverage in the area, this is the place to go to in La Roque-Gageac. Highly recommend.
